That’s why we created this newsletter—to share what’s worked for us and help others unlock their potential and make meaningful progress in their own lives.
The stowicks journey to self-improvement
We met in February 2020, right before the world shut down. What started as casual dating turned into an on-again, off-again journey (mostly because Seth was dumb and slow to commit). But in June 2021, we made it official—that’s when everything changed.
Not long after, we took on 75 Hard together, and it transformed our lives. Pushing through the challenge side by side, we grew stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually. It wasn’t just about fitness or discipline; it was about becoming better as individuals and as a couple. Since then, we’ve completed the program four times, have been married 3 years, and built a life around continuous growth.
We stay connected through weekly one-on-one check-ins, setting goals, supporting each other, and keeping each other accountable. We make time for date nights, daily walks in nature, and shared reading—diving into both self-improvement and fiction. Meditation, strength training, and healthy eating are non-negotiables, as is prioritizing sleep for peak performance. Beyond our personal growth, we invest in our relationships with family, friends, and community, knowing that a fulfilling life is built on strong connections.
In January 2025, we launched The StoWicks Conversations to share what we’ve learned and what actually works. Our goal is to help others build stronger minds, bodies, and lives through real, sustainable progress.
The StoWicks Conversations isn’t just a newsletter. It’s a call to action. A commitment to getting 1% better every day. A belief that small, consistent effort leads to massive transformation. And most importantly, we don’t ask anything of our readers that we haven’t done—or wouldn’t do—ourselves.
